"Given  that this Brotherhood seems to have seemingly endless sources of
information  about our actions, how do we safeguard the prisoner?  How do we carry
out  investigations into their activity to stop them?" Smallwood asked to no
one in  particular.

Ariel decided that she had to jump into the conversation.  "Since the
Brotherhood seems to have been able to inbed so many resources,  perhaps it would be
better to highlight who we consider to be safe and have  those folks be
ultimately responsible for the prisoner and the  investigation.  By highlighting who
we are sure isn't a leak, we might be  able to guarantee security on the
mission."  She glanced around to see if  anyone else agreed.

"The only problem is that those supporting the mission, those that knew about it, are the very people that leaked it.  How to be sure that the ones responsible for the prisoner are the ones that are truly safe..." Smallwood countered.

"But those that leaked the information are most likely on the periphery of the mission," continued the Commander.  "I do not mean to be argumentative, sir, but we need to start somewhere.  Who are the people we are positive are secure?"

(anyone?)
