question. She remembered the Admiral's concern's clearly, but could

He hit his commbadge, "Ambadsador Watson to Admiral Bedru. Admiral are
you planning on joining us on the trip to Cardassia?"

Just then he realized the Ramesar were due to arrive, "Plantoc-I am
afraid I will have to bow out of the Cardassia trip. I should be here
for the Ramesar arrival."
The Aqualish representative eyed the human for just a moment with
disgust. "My apologies Mr. Watson. I assumed that you followed your
word rather than what was most exciting when it came to your work.
Your absence from this group will be a serious problem since Golan
Dulath's plea for help came through your office. It is nice to see
that you value the safety of your fellow diplomats so highly."
