t'Llhweiir explained, "Most of what I know comes from Admiral Bedru's
report of her recent mission there.

"The Ramesar is an old humanoid race whose society has been greatly
effected by numerous wars and rises and declines in power. They once claimed
dominion over
a large portion of the known galaxy. Most of what we know about them comes
from a group that the Ramesar call the Usurpers. The Usurpers took over the
Ramesar homeworld after a bitter war some 500 years ago. The Ramesar
are highly advanced technologically, and they have strong ties to traditions.
While
generally a peace loving society, they have shown that they will fight, when
necessary, and without giving quarter.

"The Ramesar have just recently reclaimed their homeworld. The Federation has
observers and an ambassador on the planet."

"With the connection between the Ka'Ta and these Ramesar present in the
recovered holy book, would it be possible for the observers with the Ramesar to
take a look through their library network? Possibly even obtain more
information on this connection..."
