Torgath looked to his partner. "I was thinking. Has anyone been assigned
to speak to Adam Leaver about what happened?"
"I do not know," replied all seriousness. His ebony eyes did not indicate
anything since they were solid black. "We could call back to Security to
see if they would like us to take on that responsibility." He had to admit
that he liked that idea.
A bright smile spread across Torgath's face. "Well, it couldn't hurt to
ask. The worst case scenario is they say no. All they will have to do to
let us do it, is send someone else down to guard Commander Shevab."
Torgath tapped his comm badge. "Torgath to Lt. Holt."
"Holt here. Go ahead Ensign."
"Lieutenant, we were wondering if we could be assigned to question David
Leaver on his attack of Commnader Shevab."
There was a pause on the other end of the line. Aravis was clearly having
to look into something before making a decission. "I believe that will be
possible. I will send down some relief for you. Considering your rank and
the importance of the case, I will be sitting in on the interview. Meet us
in Interview Room 3 once your relief arrives."
