Marconis was not angry with him, not in any real way at least. He simply
nodded his head slightly letting Watson know that he could.
"I do remember that they were the Usurpers--and I definitely think you are
correct, I suspect there is a great deal I simply was not privvy to or
didn't hear of. I suspect the Council will have heard of even less. Would
there be a way to setup an educational presentation to the Council covering
the history and then an opportunity for individual Council members to do
some further readinf if they wish?"
"As part of establishing formal relations with the Federation, we have opened
up certain access to the archives on Rames. The Council is welcome to access
what has been made available. During the application process, I would very
much like to answer any relevant questions that council members may have, as
well as give any type of general presentation that the Council may deem helpful
or required."
