Once the lawyer was gone, she turned toward the two ensigns. "Thank 
you, Mr. Breknor. I appreciate your stepping in there." 
 
Geb was not sure how to respond. He was not embarrassed. It was just 
something that he thought needed to be done. "I am just glad that I was 
able to be of some help, ma'am." 
 
Aravis could tell that she had probably gotten a little too personal 
both with Leaver and with thanking Breknor. "I hope that you in your 
partner will be joining us for the continuation of the questioning 
tomorrow. You have been a great help with things." 
 
"Thank you, ma'am. We will be here at the appointed time." 
 
Aravis nodded as she headed toward the door. She needed a good dinner 
and a good night's rest. 
 
Geb turned to Torvath.  "That proved to be most interesting.  Do you 
think it will lead anywhere?"
