He suddenly felt a headache coming, "I understand. If you will pardon me, I will need to contact the Chair of the Committee immediately."
"Understood, Ambassador. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help." It was clear that Grulf thought Watson was going to need it.
He called the Plantoc's office, "I apologize for the lateness of the hour but I have an urgent matter to discuss with the Plantoc please."
"One moment please," responded the young man who had taken the Ambassador's call. His face was replaced with scrolling images of the Aqualish homeworld. A moment later, Watson found hiimself looking at the Plantoc. She had come to answer his call immediately, since she was still dressed in her night clothes.
(to avoid retyping) "Plantoc--I am sorry but this is extremely short notice to myself as well as you." Watson explained the situation with the body and such from the recovery...."I am starting to believe that this woman in stasis is Lady Karina referenced in the previous logs of contact with the Letrosians. The Empress Livia is...between you and me....high maintenance. She will want a Grand Reception. If we can pull this off I suspect we could reopen relations with the Letrosians. I will notify Admiral Renaud to attend."
A look of confusions spread over the T'Kresh's face. "I am sorry, Ambassador Watson, but I believe that I have missed something. Could you tell me a little bit more about this body and how it might relate to this 'high maintenance' empress?"

(OOC: Sorry to play the confused card here, but the body came to the station through Starfleet. She would not be fully up to date ... I am not sure she even knows anything about it.)
