"Exactly. We will need a reception for tomorrow when she arrives. It will need to be quite extravagant. I don't know the time exactly-I'll make arrangments for it...but I would like you-as Diplomatic Chair-to be present. She has a strong distrust for us and I need help putting her at ease. Ambassador Canide will also be present."
T'Kresh nodded as she read through his request. That would not be difficult for her to do.
He noticed the Briefing come in from the Emissary--"Also I am forwarding you the Ramesar briefing to forward to the entire council. It just came in at this moment."
"Thank you. I will make sure to look it over." The Chair saw the file coming in and she saved it to a PADD to look over at a later time. "I am assuming that tomorrow's meeting will be mostly concerned with the Ramesar."
As they talked, he sent directions to his staff to start putting together, first AM, a reception with extra effort on a grand appearance and such. He woke one of his staff via email and told them to research Letrosian foodstuffs.
