Hi, all, I have been sort of thinking this over the last few days since Chris emailed me. He had actually let me know about it a day or so earlier, mentioning the possibility of taking on the GMing responsibilities. I am just not sure that we can sustain Spacedock with the small set of players we currently have. From what I can see, we actually just have Randye, Randy, Pete, Chris, and myself who were doing fairly regular posting. There was also Deb and Lisa who were doing some posting on a smaller scale. I just don't know that we could keep a game going with that few players. As a result, I think Spacedock will slip back into retirement. I do know that some of you have found new homes on the Kitty Hawk thanks to Randye and through the BorderLands game set. I know that means you will get to keep gaming on, which is what is most important. I am glad that I will be able to keep playing with most of you since I have been doing so since around 1994! I know I will miss Spacedock, but I have too much on my plate right now to take on the primary responsibility for the game, particularly since it would require a good deal of recruiting. Tonight I am the bearer of bad news. I am stepping down as GM of Spacedock. I have found that I just can't keep my head in the game, and I think that all of you fine gamers and story tellers deserve more than I can give. I am sorry to have let you down. Game on. Best Regards, Chris
