I'd just as soon we expect admins to have created their databases
beforehand and know how to connect to them, but I've been given a
requirement for that "embedded" type installation for users who don't
know or care about db administration. Setup was my first thought but
maybe it could be solved somewhere else, and perhaps it should be
Satellite specific.

Mostly doing this today in spacewalk-setup in pgsql branch, although
the PostgreSQL params are kind of shoehorned into what Oracle was
asking for before, there's a new db-backend parameter ("oracle" or
"postgresql"), then SID is used as a database name for postgresql,
and the default port is still Oracle's default port. I'll get this a
little prettier at some point.
