I've tried to install both the 64-bit version and the 32-bit version,
both on CentOS 5.2 (Final). I've been trying this for a week (29/30
Jan). Fresh install of o/s (running under VMware ESX as a "guest"
system). What I've installed is what's pulled down with yum for
spacewalk .4
I've followed all the directions, including the oracle post-install
additional config, and put selinux in permissive mode.
I've also made
/etc/rhn/rhn.conf readable by apache.
Again, you should not be doing that. It should already be set to the
correct permissions and if it's not, there is something before this step
that is going wrong.
And run cobbler-setup. And
fixed some issues that cobbler check wanted.
What issues?
However, no matter where I am in spacewalk, after logging in (and
there's two different login screens, the second at
<https://<myFQDN>/rhn/>), when I hit the Manage button, I get a 500
error, 100% of the time. I find that I can browse the tree
<https://<myFQDN>/network>, as long as I do *not* point to a .pxt. If
I do, 500 error.
Should I put this into bugzilla?
You can report it as a bug if you want, but if it's not reproducible it
will likely end up getting closed as would any bug filed against any
software project.

P.S. It would be a lot easier for folks trying to follow this thread to
help you if you could keep this to one thread instead of continually
opening new threads on the list. It makes it quite difficult to follow
the conversation about your issue and to pick up on all the details
scattered about each of the several threads that are now open about it.
