Same for table rhnErrataClonedTmp and constraint rhn_eclonedtmp_id_pk,
table rhnErrataCloned and constraint rhn_errataclone_id_pk.
Also, rhn_rcm_pva_def_uniq constraint in pgsql branch is not defined
correctly (it should be unique(product, version, channel_arch_id, release)).
Also fixed.
