I bumped up the last_value in rhn_tasko_run_id_seq to match the
highest id in rhntaskorun but that did not seem to help.

spaceschema=# select * from rhn_tasko_run_id_seq;
    sequence_name     | last_value | start_value | increment_by |
max_value      | min_value | cache_value | log_cnt | is_cycled |
is_called
----------------------+------------+-------------+--------------+---------------------+-----------+-------------+---------+-----------+-----------
 rhn_tasko_run_id_seq |    1329996 |           1 |            1 |
9223372036854775807 |         1 |           1 |       1 | f         |

Here is the rhn_tasko_template_id_seq information.

spaceschema=# select * from rhn_tasko_template_id_seq;
       sequence_name       | last_value | start_value | increment_by |
     max_value      | min_value | cache_value | log_cnt | is_cycled |
is_called

 rhn_tasko_template_id_seq |    1329951 |           1 |            1 |

I still have the oracle-xe db around just not exactly sure how to get
the same information from it. I am looking into it.
