Bit more info. I cranked the debugging up to 5 and am seeing this:

2011/01/05 10:07:02 -04:00 10877 0.0.0.0: osad/jabber_lib.connect('Connected',)
2011/01/05 10:07:02 -04:00 10877 0.0.0.0: osad/jabber_lib.connect('Expecting
features stanza, got:', <features><address xmlns =
'http://affinix.com/jabber/address' >10.9.103.69</address><auth xmlns =
'http://jabber.org/features/iq-auth' /><register xmlns =
'http://jabber.org/features/iq-register' /><starttls xmlns =
'urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-tls' ><required /></starttls></features>)

I don't know what that means though. My guess is that osa-dispatcher is not
talking correctly to jabberd?
