but within a kickstart profile I don't have a possibility to change the
order of my activation keys

Yes, you can change order or 'rankings' config channels of Activation Keys
in Kickstart profiles . Go to Systems > Activation Keys > 'basic os key'
(whatever key) > configuration. Here's you can modify rankings.
So put your 'default os' config channel 1st (or 2nd) and then your app
Server' config channel for example,which may overwrite default config
files.
