Same problem here after the 2.1 upgrade.

Did anybody figure this one out.

I have the exact same problem: after our upgrade to 2.1, the first channel 
subscription update I did through SSM is hanging. The second update for other 
systems worked immediatly and even the SSM update for the same systems worked 
fine in a second attempt.

So now this task is hanging there and there doesn't seem to be a way to cancel 
it...

What now?
