I guess that is the path i need to take then... I had hoped that i could avoid having to create another Spacewalk server. I hoped there was a script out there that grabbed the errata directly and packed it into a file or directory. I could then move it to the closed network through a cd or usb stick and import into the Spacewalk server.
I will definitely try your script if i have to set up another Spacewalk then. Thank you for the tip. ________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] on behalf of Franky Van Liedekerke [[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, May 14, 2014 12:51 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Spacewalk-list] Download rhn errata to file On 2014-05-14 12:13, Johan Petersson wrote: Hi, Does anyone know of a way that i could mirror the errata from Red Hat Channels to a file? I have seen some scripts that mirror errata directly to a connected Spacewalk Server but i am looking for something more like rhn-satellite-exporter except that i wish to mirror rhn directly and not a local Spacewalk/Satellite Server. Is that sufficient for your needs? Franky
