The "uln:/// <uln:///>" namespace is only for connecting directly to ULN. It's 
not used for public-yum.oracle.com <http://public-yum.oracle.com/> which uses 
"http://";.

If you have a CSI and ULN access, you need to add your ULN credentials to 
/etc/rhn/spacewalk-repo-sync/uln.conf and then you can use the "uln:/// 
<uln:///>" protocol with the appropriate channel label(s).
