I tried both ways, using http and uln.  Both returned the same error, no such 
file or directory

The "uln:///<uln://>" namespace is only for connecting directly to ULN. It's 
not used for public-yum.oracle.com<http://public-yum.oracle.com> which uses 
"http://";.

If you have a CSI and ULN access, you need to add your ULN credentials to 
/etc/rhn/spacewalk-repo-sync/uln.conf and then you can use the 
"uln:///<uln://>" protocol with the appropriate channel label(s).
