Were you able to compare list of packages in these repos to packages in spacewalk repo (maybe using repodiff)? Was taskomatic regenerating repodata correctly? delete the point-in-time channels, delete all the packages from the main channels that sync off the official mirrors, re-sync those and run the clone scripts. So we are back in business, just found it odd that it happened in two geographically different sites (different parts of the world) at the same time. Thanks for the reply!
