If this is a new install, I had an issue where the jabberd database was never 
populated on install. I had to manually import the SQL into the database, then 
it started working. Check the /var/log/messages log on the server immediately 
after restsrted osa-dispatcher and jabberd. If you see errors about missing 
tables, that's your problem.

The picture doesn't tell very much. If osad is installed on the client, then 
there is something broken here.

Try to stop osad on the client, remove /etc/sysconfig/rhn/osad-auth and start 
it again.

Check in SW GUI that the osad status is "online" and try to ping it from there. 
Then try the installation again.
