Are you sure you're running latest SVN? I believed this bug had already
been fixed by untainting the length parameter in HTML.pm.
Please attach a copy of your HTML.pm which should be at:
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Mail/SpamAssassin/HTML.pm
