It does look very nice to me.

Would it be possible to have *both*?   Namely one set of rules (with
high scores) for the -firsttrusted case, and another for the non
- -firsttrusted case (with lower scores).   The latter are very good
for catching spam via mailing lists, for example.

Regarding changing the check_rbl() API for "-untrusted" etc.  Please
leave compat code in for "foo-untrusted" et al, because those are
used by third-party rules files as far as I know; it's been a public
API for quite a while.
