On second thought, if the official TLD list is as stable as Yusuf suggests, then
it may be safer to use it as a basis and noth the wild, fake ones.  A devious
spammer can probably come up with randomized fake TLDs that we would struggle to
include in a list.  Stablity and minimalism may be on the side of the official
TLD list, so probably that should be coded.
