It's in there, under URIDNSBL:

which could be a little confusing since uridnsbl, urirhsbl and
urirhssub do different things but are in the same .pm.  If I were
explaining it, I'd say uridnsbl can be used with RBLs containing
name server addresses such as sbl.spamhaus.org, and urirhsbl and
urirhssub can be used with RBLs that contain URI domains such as
SURBLs.
