Wow, that's wordy for an announcement.  ;-)

How about this?

   - URIDNSBL rules.  These are network tests of URLs found in the
     message body.  URLs are checked using both SURBL
     <http://www.surbl.org/> and SBL <http://www.spamhaus.org>.
