Yes. However, 90+% of the time, you want the reply to be public; that's why
you're on a public mailing list, no? So why set the defaults to cater to a
special case, in stead of the majority case?

Good. :-) If I want it to be to just you, it's not so hard to change the TO:
line. I've done it often.
