Yes, all users have accounts in the LDAP, there are no individual user
directories and /etc/passwd files. POP3 authenticates through LDAP.

Thanks for the tips! I will look into this mailscanner thingy and see if it
better suits my needs. I have no desire to refresh my perl skills by
extending a milter.
