Sorry David, got tired last night (been banging my head against this for a
few days), I meant i set it to bayes_learn_to_journal 1 and it is much
better.

It is much better this morning with that set but not nearly as quick as with
bayes off (3 secs to scan a mail that did take <1 without bayes)

- how much of a load hit should bayes be ?
