I've found this to be the case with most versions of Outlook.   MS calls
that part of the header the "Internet Header" and you can only see it by
right-mouse menu item "Option" for a message.

If you just pick "Message Header" from the View menu, it gives you nothing
useful.  Like most things from MS.  ;)
