I am thinking maybe it has to do with autolearning, I have turned off 
autolearning, and will see if that fixes the issue (I also deleted the 
autolearn db files from my .spamassassin). Could be it "learnt" this 
from other messages that it didn't mark spam because of threashold or 
whatever...
