Looking through the mailing list I can see that it was discussed back in February. Is the 'endorsed' fix for this to change the buffer size in the Exim source?

That message fires off in exim when a single header line is > 8192 bytes long.

The documented fix, from what I've read on various mailing lists, is to not use detailed reports in the headers, or add-on-rulesets which tend to generate insanely long lists of hits (popcorn, backhair, weeds and antidrug all together can add up to a lot)
