You are right, it wouldn't help users of Chinanet, Hananet, ect, very much
would it?  I guess I never thought about the fact that someone using these
networks might be conducting legitimate business.  Sorry, nothing personal
and not trying to be us-centric, it just seems that there is not much
network management on those domains.
