True, and also "Secondary boycotting" involves stop providing services to
some idendity.
Blacklists are doing the excact opposite, since they continue to provide
services to the "clients" of the spammers..
However, I hope that individuals doing "Secondary Boycotting" is not illegal
or else I�m in trouble for not having bought any Israeli goods for the last 3
years :-)

If the above URL is a complete description, it suggests thar running
blacklists would only be "secondary boycotting" if the spammers or their ISPs
were on strike or in a labor dispute %-> Oh YES !
