When this person sends a "regular" email it comes through 'WHITELISTED'

Well, lots of thoughts come to my mind, but there's not enough useful information at hand.

So, I've got a few questions:

What do you mean by "WHITELISTED", exactly? Does it match the USER_IN_WHITELIST rule? I ask you to be specific because there are many whitelist systems in SA.

What whitelist statement are you using to cause the above? whitelist_from, whitelist_from_rcvd?

What hits does the Read Receipt get?

What do the headers look like for the Read Receipt?

Is there a "Resent-From" header? Is it set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Are any of the following headers set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
        From: ?
        Return-Path: ?
        X-Envelope-From: ?
        Envelope-Sender: ?
        Resent-Sender: ?

Is the message delivered via the same mailserver in the Received: headers?

What version of SA are you using?
