Hi Matt,

I'll get those answers for you.... Just as soon as the user gets another
read receipt from this person who is getting tagged. (Since they deleted
the email after they talked to me) :p

Cheers,
Ben.

Well, lots of thoughts come to my mind, but there's not enough useful
information at hand.

So, I've got a few questions:

What do you mean by "WHITELISTED", exactly? Does it match the
USER_IN_WHITELIST rule? I ask you to be specific because there are many
whitelist systems in SA.

What whitelist statement are you using to cause the above?
whitelist_from, whitelist_from_rcvd?

What hits does the Read Receipt get?

What do the headers look like for the Read Receipt?

Is there a "Resent-From" header? Is it set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Are any of the following headers set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
         From: ?
         Return-Path: ?
         X-Envelope-From: ?
         Envelope-Sender: ?
         Resent-Sender: ?

Is the message delivered via the same mailserver in the Received:
headers?

What version of SA are you using?
