Since nobody else answered I' puill out my stick, close my eyes, and take a
few whaks at it.
Weeds is certainly available on the RulesEmporium site. If I recall, this
is now considered a stable set and no longer being updated, because it is
working fine and doesn't need any updates. So it was removed from the RDJ
download because there was no point in downloading the same thing time after
time. Keep what you have.
The Ninjas have been doing quite a lot recently with encoded HTML tags to
catch some of this sort of stuff. I've been too busy doing my 'real' work
for the last few weeks to keep up, but there is hope. I believe 3.0 will be
able to decode this hash automatically, so won't need a whole bunch of
cryptic rules.
It probably couldn't hurt to stick that spam someplace as plain text where
we can grab it. I know we have a pretty good OEM ruleset to catch the
software spams, and I suspect that is what this is. The guy doing them
seems to be getting better at trying to avoid SA, but we seem to be doing
just as well at catching his new tricks.
