Can't help you much on that end - perhaps someone else here can. But
if it helps or gives a clue, SpamAssasin only scans what it's told to
scan. The other option is to add a whitelist entry, however you're
then still scanning the messages you don't want scanned.

Unless I'm being really stupid, add the IP of your 'no scan' host to
/etc/tcp.smtp and don't set QMAILQUEUE - any messages will bypass
qmail-scanner.
