Hi - I posted a little while back about someone's email who was getting tagged here as spam before AWL kicked in... I was told by folks on the list that it appeared he was not using his ISP's relay, because his dynamic IP was/is showing in the headers, but I have verified that he has his client setup correctly, and *is* indeed relaying off his ISP.. Is this normal? he's getting hits of 3.0 on every email here as a result, which *was* over 5.0 before AWL kicked in here on the mail server here.. - does anyone here know what his ISP needs to do to their "InterMail" server to fix this, because apparently the ISP can't figure it out, as they haven't replied to either of us on this issue in a few days... (the "problem" header is denoted between the ------------- lines below - the 69.* address is his dynamic IP, which is triggering SA on the RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK, and the RCVD_IN_SORBS tests...:

any ideas here? he's concerned at this point, as this is his business account, and does not want to be losing mail (*or* being tagged as spam!) that he sends to clients...

thanks again!

regards,
jamie
