I don't know if this is what you mean but I use SA with evolution (http://www.ximian.com/evolution) I let evolution download my mail from my pop3 account and I have defined a filter that looks like: pipe message to shell command "spamc -c" does not return "0" then move to spamassassin Where spamassassin is subfolder of my main account.
