I used to do this, before I installed SA on our internal mail server. However I 
used (still do, can not ever, ever imagine not doing) exmh as my client 
(http://www.beedub.com/exmh/ )

As per my other recent posts to the list, best header to check for is 
X-Spam-Flag:

:0
* ^X-Spam-Flag: Yes
        |/usr/lib/mh/rcvstore -create +spam     

(Using rcvstore as procmail doesn't play nice with mh unseen sequences.)

Must admit I call it X as well, but don't have a problem with X-windows.
