I recently got a false positive, and the biggest portion of the score was this: 4.1 SUBJ_HAS_SPACES Subject contains lots of white space
The subject line looked like: Subject: Re: Re: blah blah blah Unfortunately, some email clients have a habit of not recognizing when a person is replying to a message that already has "Re: " in the header and add another one - often with extra whitespace between them.
