When you do this, make sure you didn't miss rebuilding the link of
/usr/local/BerkeleyDB to /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.x.x.

This has nothing to do with SpamAssassin actually.

1) Recompile the DB_File module to use the new libs.
2) Run db_upgrade on the databases to upgrade them to the new version.

SA just uses DB_File, and DB_File uses Berkeley DB, so if you get those
all set, SA will be happy. :)
