i too have bumped the score to 5 and have had 0 FP's since doing so. 
3.0 wasnt quit enough since a lot of times, SURBL was the only rule to
hit and the email didnt get trapped.  with a score of 5.0 i dont really
have that worry any longer, but yet can still be saved by a ham bayes
score.
