You need to tell Outlook which folders of the IMAP server to display. This is handled differently between the different versions of Outlook. I believe in the folder list view, you can right-click on the Inbox and select IMAP Folders. Google can also be your friend as I did a search for "Outlook display IMAP folders" and found several examples. Matt
