Since these spams come from dialup/DSL's they can be blocked at the MTA
with the dynablock/dul lists. Only two times we had to whitelist somebody,
but they volunteered to sent mail through the smtp-server of their
provider so at the moment it works without exceptions.
I think because of that we didn't get that spam here, only the bounces
because our domain was used as reply-to :-((
