Not that I'm aware of.. In general the "rcvd" was created to prevent forgeries, which aren't really a concern in blacklists.
I could see how blacklist_from_rcvd could be useful on occasion.. However, for those rare situations, I usually wind up either blocking the entire MTA that is generating forgeries in /etc/mail/access, or I create a short custom rule.
