I got this mail yesterday and am mystified that SA gave it NO points... 0.0. I ran it through on the command line just to check, and nothing matched. I routinely catch nigerian emails but this one didn't trigger it. I'm not using Bayes filtering yet (I'm sure that would work, but I don't have enough spams yet) but I am surprised at this output using the standard rules. My config is SA 2.63 with no bayes and no network tests [though I might turn them on after too many of these].
I suppose the nigerian tests are foiled because she's from London, and she's using Pounds instead of dollars, and so on. Of course, I suppose it *could* be legit... hmm... 10 million pounds, eh? One thing I noticed is that there's no To: header (I have a couple custom tests that look for certain addressees).
