I'd do that as a body rule if that is the only FP in the OBFU rules and
I needed a quicky fix. If I had the time to do it and needed it I'd develop
a Spanish set of the various rules to manage what typically arrived in
email in my country's mailboxes. I am sure Argentina needs different rules
than Turkey which needs different rules from Japan. Sadly, I bet all
countries need at a major subset of the US rules.
