Yes, but doesn't it at least partly defeat the purpose of doing Spam identification in the first place if you are going to bug the users with a notification for each and every Spam that is identified.
I wrote a system that will Quarantine all suspected Spam and send every user a report once a day with a list of all Quarantined Spam and the option to release it by clicking on a URL in the email. It is written for Postfix, MySQL (for the metadata) and Apache (for releasing from the quarantine).
